Our normal order processing time prior to shipping is 3 – 5 business days. Please note that during new releases, restock, and special promotions it may take extra few days/weeks to process.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are due once a shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient before a shipment will be released. Altenew has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs fees and policies vary for each country and may change regularly. Please feel free to contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it may cause delays outside of Altenew’s control.
